StratoPro Takes Award in Semiconductor, IC IP Category

Sunnyvale, Calif. - January 30, 2007 - Stratosphere Solutions Inc., provider of yield improvement products, today accepted the International Engineering Consortium (IEC) DesignVision Award in the semiconductor and integrated circuits (ICs) intellectual property (IP) category for its StratoPro™ platform. The award was presented to Stratosphere Solutions during DesignCon at Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, Calif.

The StratoPro platform enables design for yield (DFY) because it characterizes process variability using high-resolution measurements derived from unique silicon IP developed by Stratosphere Solutions. It competed in the Semiconductors and ICs IP category against one other company.
